Deeply concerned by the rapid decline in population of animal species and wild life habitat,
Stressing that deforestation is both a threat to the survival of forest, jungles, and the wild life that inhabit the areas,
Encouraging the elimination of poaching by regulating the activity of people around areas where there are exotic animals and other animals that might be harmed,

- Demands legislation to be enforced on violators of a bill;
- Applauds that 9.5 million dollars (Brazil’s EPA) in funds has been used to police the areas of the Amazon to prevent the destruction of nature;
- Regrets that there is regulated activity in the Amazons, but 80% of activity is illegal;
- Proposes a bill that will diminish and ultimately eliminate the decreasing populations of animal species and natural habitats.
